Notary charges the notarial fee according to the Regulation of Minister of Justice of 28 June 2004 on maximum rates of notarial fees increased by goods and services tax (23%).
Apart from the notarial fee the Notary charges additional taxes and other relevant fees on behalf of Republic of Poland and transfers them on competent authority’s bank account, such as for example:
- civil law transactions tax
- inheritance and donation tax
- court fees
