As Notaries we perform notarial duties under the Act of 14 February 1991 - Law on Notaries, as following:
- notarial deeds
- deeds of succession certification including European Certificate of Succession
- all range of certification such us certification of: signature, copy of presented document, the date of issuing the document, person's existence or staying in a particular place
- drawing up protocols
- drawing up protests concerning promissory notes and cheques
- storing the documents, money, securities and data on a data storage medium
- making extracts, copies and extracts of documents
- drafting deeds, declarations and other documents at the request of parties
- making entries in land and mortgage register and attaching accurate documents
- making other activities under separate provisions
